Everyday Tools Track
Self-paced track · 3 topics · novice
AI features already built into the tools you use every day at Drexel: Outlook, Zoom, and Acrobat. You don’t need a new account or a new app. Each topic shows what the feature does, how to check its output, and when to leave it off. Every page assumes you’ve done Core 1 (prompting and the Drexel data rules).
These tools carry different Drexel data classifications. Copilot Chat signed in with your Drexel account is approved for High Risk Data. Zoom AI Companion is High Risk only when the meeting is not recorded or transcribed. Acrobat AI Assistant is Moderate Risk. Each page explains what that means for real work.
Difficulty levels
Novice getting started — no prior experience needed. Moderate comfortable with some AI use. Advanced experienced users going deep.
